Great location and friendly staff

The hotel's exterior is well-maintained and clean, but the rooms need repairs, such as: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day. We reported the problem, and they fixed it. Two days later, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it. The toilet flush stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it, but after that, I still had to press the button to flush. There are fans outside that run so loudly at night that it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning supposedly worked after the repair, but it didn't cool the room as well as it should.

Clean room, easy check in. The bar/restaurant was exccelent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This property is in the middle of everything. You have access to the Royal Palace and the market the next street over. They're a live bands nearby at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. The hotel in general is very accommodating. I stay here every time I go to Thailand.

could not sleep as the hotel is next to the party place and is a busy street with party and the music so loud til almost morning, staff was not seem friendly , and to strict with not allow any visitors come walk in the room , my sister comes with me when check in but not even allow her to help me carry bags to my room , and need cash to put deposit.
